I love to cook. It's how I spoil the people in my life. My favorite times are spent in the kitchen with my girls, Maddie and Ava, or at the table with family and friends.
I grew up in a home in Allentown, PA, where baking from scratch was a family affair. It’s where I developed my passion for creating my own recipes and preparing and enjoying food with the important people in my life. I even worked for a time in corporate event planning and relished first hand the enjoyment of cooking for many.
Ever since my husband Robb and I started talking about starting a maple syrup business, I’ve done lots of research and spent many hours in my kitchen experimenting and learning to cook with pure maple syrup. It’s been a lot of fun – and tasty! Through Crown Maple Syrup, I’m also getting the chance to meet some fabulous chefs and they have been kind enough to share cooking tips and recipes that are out of this world.
