Light Amber Syrup
Flavors of popcorn, vanilla bean, roasted nuts, salted caramel and brown butter infuse the aroma of Crown Maple® Light Amber. Although light in color, the body has a pleasing weight and depth, with a sweetness and finish that lingers.
With salted flavors and aromas, our Light Amber syrup makes an ideal partner for glazing meats such as pork belly/bacon. Try it in cocktails with whiskey as a base that call for sweet components, such as in the classic "Old Fashioned" in place of muddled sugar cubes. Also provides an excellent substitute for palm sugar in many Thai recipes.
