Crown Maple Syrup Served in 2 of New York’s 7 Michelin 3-Star RestaurantsSubmitted by Nathan on October 14, 2011 - 6:52am
The 2012 edition of the Michelin Guide is out, and we are extremely proud to say that Crown Maple Syrup is being used by chefs in inventive dishes at two of the guide’s top seven New York restaurants: Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare and Per Se.
The 2012 Michelin Guide awarded 7 New York restaurants its highest rating of 3 stars – up from 5 in the 2011 edition.
According to Michelin, “being included in the Michelin Guide is a sign of excellence and quality…only 893 restaurants in the world currently hold three stars.”
Also, “thanks to the rigorous Michelin Guide selection process that is applied independently and consistently around the 23 countries, the Michelin Guide has become an international benchmark in gourmet dining.”
Congratulations to all the 3-star recipients. We're proud to be served in creative dishes and cocktails at all of Crown Maple's fine restaurant and bar partners, but today we tip our toque to our favorite 3-star stars.
