Grey Poupon Mustard
Start with pork chops, one inch thick or less. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown in hot pan with just enough olive oil to keep them from sticking. Before searing, you can rub them with garlic or powdered rosemary.
After searing them, place and cover in baking dish for about one hour. During the last half hour, take out of oven and cover with a glaze from a mixture of 1/2 cup of Light Amber Crown Maple and 2 tablespoons of Grey Poupon Mustard.
Finish baking and serve with your choice of rice (i.e. wild, brown, etc).
