This is a great, simple chicken dish that is great with rice, a salad or corn on the cob!
1/2 cup Crown Maple Syrup
3 oz soy sauce (1/3 cup)
2 oz peeled garlic cloves
2 oz sliced ginger
approximately 3lb of chicken, skinless, boneless thighs
Based on about 10 pieces approximately 3lb. I use skinless, boneless thighs (chicken breast meat tends be too dry).
Place chicken pieces into a casserole dish and baste with the ingredients from the blender.
I place the peeled Garlic cloves and sliced Ginger along with the Soy sauce into a blender and finely blend into small pieces.
Drizzle the Crown Maple Syrup over the contents of the casserole dish.
Cover with tin foil and cook at 350 degrees for about 1-1.5 hours.
If you want to crisp it up a bit, uncover and raise temp to 375 for about 15 mins. I don't like it to get too dry though but you can play around with it.
