Prosciutto Sea Scallops

Grilled sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto, drizzled in Crown Maple Syrup.


3/4 lb sea scallops (12-16)
1/3 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
Extra virgin olive oil
Cracked black pepper
Crown Maple Syrup


Season sea scallops with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Wrap in a thin slice of prosciutto.
Brush lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
Lightly season with freshly cracked black pepper.

Grill these over medium heat until done; this might take several minutes. These can also be placed on skewers leaving space between each scallop. Do not overcook!!

Serve with a light drizzle of Crown Maple Syrup, or serve Crown Maple Syrup as a dipping sauce.
