Super Green Smoothie

The best way to start the day. This smoothie is delicious and so good for you! This recipe makes 2 servings.
3 cups of filtered water
2 organic bananas
2 teaspoons of spirulina
The juice of half a lemon or lime
2 tablespoons of coconut butter
4 to 6 kale leaves without the stalks
2 tablespoons of Crown Maple Syrup
One inch of fresh ginger cut in small pieces
Some sprouts or parsley (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender. When well blended, enJOY!
