Ginger Maple Soy Pan Roasted Salmon
Pan roasted salmon topped with a ginger maple soy glaze. Serve over vegetable fried rice.
Dust the salmon with pepper. Heat up saute pan and add 1 oz. extra virgin olive oil. Sear both sides of fish. Put pan in a 375° oven and bake the salmon for 5 minutes. Take out and drain the oil. Add ginger and deglaze pan with Crown Maple Syrup and soy sauce. Add brown sugar. Reduce until thick. Place fish on plate and top with glaze. Garnish with scallions. You can serve it with vegetable fried or steamed rice.
