New England Autumn Salad
Here's a delicious salad with great texture that's easy to prepare.
Using inner, crisp, light green Romaine lettuce leaves, tear the leaves into bite size pieces and place on a plate. Add a smattering of walnuts and cranberries, apple slices and white cheddar cheese. Add some freshly cracked black pepper and lightly dress with the Maple-Dijon dressing.
The Maple-Dijon dressing is made with a 4:1 ratio of maple syrup to Grey Poupon Country Mustard which is lightly mixed.
