Pumpkin Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/3 cup apple juice or water
1/2 cup Crown Maple Syrup
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup mashed banana (aproximatly 1 large banana)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup toasted pecans
3/4 cup dried currants


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt).
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, juice, Crown Maple Syrup, sugar, pumpkin, banana, oil and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
4. Add nuts and currants.
5. Pour batter in a greased, 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
