Edible Maple Cookie Dough

Cookie dough brings out the kid in all of us and this recipe uses no eggs, so you can eat it right out of the bowl! Use them to top ice cream, roll them into truffles or bake them into brownies

10 Tbl Butter, room temperature
1/2 cup + 2 Tbl Crown Maple Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Dark Color with Robust Taste Syrup
2 tsp Water
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 cups Flour
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips


Step One

Combine the butter, maple sugar, brown sugar and salt in the bowl of a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix well

Step Two

Add the maple syrup, water and vegetable oil to the creamed mixture and mix well

Step Three

Add the flour and chocolate chips. When combined, roll into balls and dip in chocolate if desired
