Ingredients

1/2 c Crown Maple Sugar
1 Tbl Crown Maple Amber Color and Rich Taste Syrup
8 oz Butter
1 c Brown Sugar
2 1/3 c All Purpose Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 ea Eggs
3/4 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 c Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions

STEP ONE

Heat oven to 350 degrees; spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside

STEP TWO

In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and maple sugar until fully incorporated

STEP THREE

Increase speed and beat until light and fluffy, 8-10 minutes.

STEP FOUR

Meanwhile, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside

STEP FIVE

Once the butter mixture is light and fluffy, add the eggs one at a time and then the syrup, scraping after each addition

STEP SIX

Add the dry mixture and chips and mix until just combined

STEP SEVEN

Spread into prepared pan

STEP EIGHT

Bake until the top is golden brown and the blondies no longer jiggle when the pan is shaken, 20-30 minutes

STEP NINE

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars
