Bring 1 cup Crown Maple Syrup to boil, pour over 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries and allow to sit for 1 hour. Drain and toss in sugar; Spread on a cookie sheet and allow to dry for 3-4 hours. Serve as a sweet and tangy after dinner snack or in a salad

Maple Goat Cheese Canapés

Gather your favorite goat cheese, rosemary crackers and Crown Maple Syrup. Spread 1 tsp goat cheese on each cracker and drizzle with syrup

Strawberry Maple Shortcake
