Crispy pancetta pairs perfectly with these maple-glazed Brussels sprouts for a side that will have them asking for seconds. The addition of fresh lemon zest and sea salt, make eating your veggies, delicious.
PREP TIME: 25 TO 30 MINUTES
SERVES: 4 to 6 PEOPLE
1 Large bag of Brussels sprouts
3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 to 4 tablespoons (45 to 60 ml) Crown Maple® organic maple syrup (Amber Color, Rich Taste)
1 Pack of Pancetta
1/2 Tablespoon Sea salt
½ Lemon zest
Pre-heat oven to 425˚ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dice Pancetta and quarter or half Brussels sprouts.
Combine Pancetta & Brussles sprouts together n a bowl and add oil, Crown Maple sryup, Sea salt and lemon zest.
Toss to evenly coat and place on baking sheet.
Roast up to 25mins watching until sprouts are golden brown with crispy edges.
Serve hot with a drizzle of Crown Maple and a finish of lemon zest.
