1-2 Bunches medium sized carrots
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 Cup Sriracha
1/4 Cup Crown Maple Dark Color Robust Taste organic maple syrup
1 Tablespoon Sea salt
Pre-heat your oven to 425˚
Peel carrots and then slice them in half and cut to 2 inch spears.
Roast in the oven until slightly fork tender around 20 minutes.
Transfer carrots to a large sauté pan and add butter, Crown Maple syrup, Sriracha and Sea salt. As the butter melts combining with the maple syrup, lightly toss to coat until carrots are fork tender. Serve hot and enjoy.
